Senior Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Managing bid and proposal operations, the remote Senior Proposal Manager will lead end-to-end proposal strategy and execution, develop and submit requests for information and proposals, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiencies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the proposal strategy and execution, ensuring compliance and quality throughout the proposal development process
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create compelling technical content and refine proposal processes
• Conduct color reviews and provide recommendations for content improvement while supporting capture planning activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in proposal management for a Federal IT company
• Proven experience managing large complex strategic efforts worth $100M or more
• Experience with automated tools and AI in the proposal development process
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with APMP or equivalent training
• Ability to manage remote cross-functional proposal teams effectively
