Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager who will oversee the proposal lifecycle and collaborate with teams to develop proposal materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Full ownership of the proposal lifecycle from RFP to submission
• Write major proposal sections, edit team inputs, and integrate feedback
• Gather information from subject-matter experts to develop and edit technical proposal content

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing federal proposals
• Understanding of managing and writing proposals using the Shipley processes
• Experience writing proposals for a defense-focused small business (preferred)
• Experience as a technical writer (preferred)
