Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager / Business Development in the space industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the drafting and development of detailed, customer-focused proposals in response to various solicitations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant and professional proposals
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of proposal components

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in commercial and/or USG civil proposal management and writing
• Experience leading proposal teams and delivering winning proposals
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Ability and willingness to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
