Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager - Writing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage robust proposals, ensuring effective coordination and presentation
• Collaborate with Account Directors and SMEs to oversee the proposal development process
• Mentor junior proposal writers and lead process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in CRO/pharmaceutical business development or as a Proposal Manager - Writing
• Bachelor's degree; master's or PhD preferred in Life Sciences, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing
• Comprehensive understanding of the proposal development process and operational requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong organizational skills
