Senior Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager - Power, Transmission & Energy (Remote/Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead proposal strategy and development for RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, SOQs, and presentations
• Analyze solicitation requirements and develop proposal directives, compliance matrices, and production workflows
• Create customized executive summaries and visually engaging proposals using AI-driven tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as English, Marketing, Communications, Business, Science, or Engineering
• 10+ years of professional experience in proposal management and development
• Extensive experience leading complex proposals in power, transmission, and/or energy markets
• Strong understanding of power and energy technologies, including renewable energy and related regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
