Senior Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager to lead and direct proposal development teams for complex proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage proposal development teams, schedules, and budgets
• Analyze RFPs and develop customized outlines and compliance structures
• Research, write, and edit proposal content to produce compelling narratives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field demonstrating strong writing skills
• At least 5 years of experience in proposal management and business or technical writing
• Familiarity with Shipley proposal methods
• Knowledge of decarbonization, clean energy, or energy efficiency preferred
• Strong MS Office Suite experience, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
