Senior Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex strategic proposals and oversee the overall RFP process flow
• Collaborate with sales executives to develop and execute proposal strategies and timelines
• Conduct self-reviews and peer-reviews to ensure quality and compliance of proposals

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, communications, professional writing, or related field
• At least seven years of experience in proposal development or technical writing, preferably in insurance or professional services
• Experience in developing proposal timelines, compliance matrixes, and leading kick-off meetings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Qvidian or SmartDocs preferred
• Previous leadership or mentorship experience is preferred
