Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager - Writing to develop and manage proposals in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate proposals, ensuring clarity and quality in presentation
• Manage the proposal development process in collaboration with Account Directors and SMEs
• Mentor junior proposal writers and drive process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in CRO/pharmaceutical business development or as a Proposal Manager - Writing
• Bachelor's degree; master's or PhD preferred in Life Sciences, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing
• Comprehensive understanding of the proposal development process and commercial strategy
• Proven leadership skills and ability to influence senior team members
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills with a focus on results
