Senior Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager responsible for leading the Cost & Price / Estimating organization for U.S. Government and DoD proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Cost & Price / Estimating team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Own the end-to-end cost and price function for Government and DoD proposals
• Ensure compliance with internal estimating system requirements and Government contracting standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
• Demonstrated people management experience in pricing, estimating, or proposal teams
• Significant experience with Government/DoD proposals involving complex products or services
• Strong background in cost modeling, pricing strategy, and proposal cost volume ownership
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
