Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager to lead proposal teams and manage the proposal development lifecycle for U.S. State and Local Government clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple proposal projects and ensure strategic alignment with business goals
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and clients while leading the proposal development process
- Facilitate structured proposal review cycles and coordinate final production processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years of experience managing U.S. State and Local Government proposals
- Demonstrated experience managing the full proposal lifecycle
- Diverse proposal background across multiple subject areas
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
