Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager to lead proposal teams and manage the proposal development lifecycle for U.S. State and Local Government clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee multiple proposal projects and ensure strategic alignment with business goals
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and clients while leading the proposal development process
  • Facilitate structured proposal review cycles and coordinate final production processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 7+ years of experience managing U.S. State and Local Government proposals
  • Demonstrated experience managing the full proposal lifecycle
  • Diverse proposal background across multiple subject areas
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
