Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager to lead the development of proposals in response to government and international organization solicitations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal management for various opportunities and provide ad hoc proposal support
• Integrate cross-functional teams to implement capture strategies and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements
• Oversee proposal production, including writing, editing, formatting, and final delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in government proposal management
• Demonstrated leadership of proposals valued above $25 million
• Strong knowledge of industry best practices and agile management
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet management, and collaboration tools
