Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager / Writer to lead and develop their proposal function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full proposal lifecycle from solicitation release through submission
• Own and contribute directly to proposal writing, ensuring clarity and consistency
• Build and improve proposal processes, templates, and workflows

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading federal proposals end-to-end with a track record of compliant submissions
• Strong writing ability to create clear and persuasive content from technical input
• Working knowledge of federal procurement requirements (FAR/DFARS)
• Experience managing multiple concurrent proposals under tight deadlines
• Ability to work cross-functionally with executives and technical teams
