Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage proposal teams and oversee the proposal process, ensuring compliance and quality control
• Participate in capture planning, strategic analyses, and establish partnerships with potential collaborators
• Support business development best practices and contribute to training and resource development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in international and/or domestic development, including 4 years in a proposal management role
• Strong experience with MS Office and Sharepoint
• Proven track record in competitive business development for government and donor-funded projects
• Experience in building capacity of individuals or groups in business development
