Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Proposal Lead to join their Governments Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead major proposals and presentations, providing strategic guidance from pre-RFP positioning to interview stage
• Collaborate with teams on proposal writing, ensuring compliance and quality of deliverables
• Facilitate workshops and analyze debriefs to refine win strategies and messaging

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 6 years of related proposal management and writing experience, preferably in US Federal Civilian and/or DoD sectors
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary proposals valued over $20 million
• Strong knowledge of proposal best practices and desktop publishing software
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain a professional demeanor
