Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Proposal Lead to manage major proposals and presentations for US Federal work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, complex proposals from capture through the interview stage
• Collaborate with teams to develop proposal content, ensuring compliance and quality
• Facilitate workshops and analyze debriefs to refine strategies and improve proposal outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing or related field
• 6 years of proposal management and writing experience, preferably in US Federal sectors
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary proposals valued over $20 million
• Strong knowledge of proposal best practices and tools
• Proficiency in desktop publishing and collaborative tools
