Senior Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Proposal Lead to manage major proposals and presentations for US Federal work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and write large, complex proposals from capture through to interview stage
• Collaborate with teams on priority pursuits and facilitate workshops to develop win strategies
• Ensure compliance and quality of deliverables while analyzing debriefs for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 6 years of related proposal management and writing experience, preferably in US Federal Civilian and/or DoD sectors
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary proposals valued over $20 million
• Strong knowledge of proposal writing best practices and desktop publishing software
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or collaboratively
