Senior Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Proposal Lead to manage and lead major proposals for US Federal work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex proposals from capture through to interview stage, collaborating with regional and business line teams
• Write and contribute to various proposal sections, ensuring compliance and quality of deliverables
• Facilitate workshops and color reviews, applying lessons learned to enhance proposal strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing or a related field
• 6 years of related proposal management and writing experience, preferably in US Federal Civilian and/or DoD sectors
• Demonstrated leadership in multi-disciplinary proposals valued over $20 million
• Strong understanding of proposal best practices and tools
• Proficiency in desktop publishing and collaborative tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
