Senior Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Proposal Lead to manage and develop proposals for US Federal work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, complex proposals from capture through to interview stage
• Collaborate with teams to develop proposal sections and ensure compliance with requirements
• Facilitate workshops and analyze debriefs to refine strategies and improve proposal quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 6 years of related proposal management and writing experience, preferably in US Federal sectors
• Demonstrated leadership in multi-disciplinary proposals valued over $20 million
• Strong knowledge of proposal best practices and tools
• Experience with desktop publishing and collaborative tools
