Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager to lead the preparation and submission of proposal materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities for successful proposal completion and submission, including RFP/RFI requirements
  • Facilitate communication across teams and manage expectations throughout the proposal process
  • Track proposal award status and analyze RFP/RFI requirements for unique conditions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal management
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Pro, and Excel
  • Strong management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • BA or BS degree preferred
