Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager - Federal IT.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end proposal management across multiple federal solicitations
Ensure full solicitation compliance and develop persuasive proposal content
Orchestrate cross-functional teams and manage detailed proposal schedules

Required Qualifications

5+ years of federal proposal management experience with an IT/technical focus
Four-year degree from an accredited university or college
Experience producing fully compliant federal proposals and responses
Strong command of Shipley proposal methodologies or equivalent
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word
