Senior Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Proposal Manager with experience in federal healthcare agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the proposal development process from pre-proposal to post-proposal phases
• Collaborate with various teams to develop competitive and executable solutions for federal healthcare proposals
• Manage multiple concurrent proposal responses and ensure compliance with requirements and win strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of business development/proposal management experience, including 5 years in federal healthcare opportunities
• Understanding of the Federal procurement process and regulations (e.g., FAR)
• Proposal management training (e.g., Shipley, Miller Heiman)
• Evidence of a successful track record of high-quality proposals
