Senior Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development of complex proposals, ensuring compliance and responsiveness
• Provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and maintain stakeholder relationships throughout the proposal process
• Facilitate proposal meetings, workshops, and reviews to ensure quality deliverables and optimize proposal processes

Required Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Approximately 15 years of progressive proposal management experience
• Professional registration or certification in proposal management or project management is desired
• AEC industry experience is highly preferred, particularly with large program management proposals
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
