Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager to lead the preparation and development of high-quality federal business proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create calendars and milestones for simultaneous bids and confirm adherence to timelines
- Develop outlines and proposal artifacts such as matrices, tables, and executive summaries
- Coordinate proposal meetings and ensure content is consistent, compliant, and visually appealing
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of experience writing and coordinating federal government proposals or grants
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint applications
- Ability to research, interpret, and analyze RFx requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S
