Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager to lead the preparation and development of high-quality federal business proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create calendars and milestones for simultaneous bids and confirm adherence to timelines
  • Develop outlines and proposal artifacts such as matrices, tables, and executive summaries
  • Coordinate proposal meetings and ensure content is consistent, compliant, and visually appealing
Required Qualifications
  • At least three years of experience writing and coordinating federal government proposals or grants
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint applications
  • Ability to research, interpret, and analyze RFx requirements
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S
