Senior Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager to lead complex Federal Government proposal efforts and strategic capture support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large and complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other proposal types, ensuring compliance and timely delivery
• Coordinate all phases of the proposal lifecycle, including opportunity assessment, content development, and reviews
• Lead proposal teams and interface with executive leadership and stakeholders to align proposal strategies with corporate objectives

Required Qualifications

• Ten or more years of proposal management experience, particularly with Federal Government proposals
• Extensive experience with large and complex IDIQ, GWAC, BPA, and task order submissions
• Strong understanding of Federal acquisition regulations and procurement processes
• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in a relevant field
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent proposals under tight deadlines
