Senior Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Proposal Manager will develop high-quality pricing solutions for requests for proposals (RFPs) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with operational strategies and timely delivery of proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to RFPs and develop bids, statements of work, and presentations to support the Business Development organization
• Review and challenge input from subject matter experts to ensure pricing strategies align with operational delivery
• Maintain pricing metrics and develop proposal-specific commercial strategies for approval by pricing leadership

Required qualifications

• Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the Contract Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical industry
• Comprehensive understanding of the proposal development process and commercial strategy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with moderate to advanced experience in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational agility and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
