Senior Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end development of persuasive proposals, the full-time Senior Proposal Manager will ensure compliance and competitive positioning for federal, commercial, and private-sector clients while working remotely in the Metropolitan DC, MD, VA area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of proposal development, ensuring compliance with all regulations and submission rules
• Integrate capture strategies and win themes into proposal content, providing assessments on bid readiness
• Coordinate inputs from various departments and manage subcontractor compliance and content integration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7-10+ years of federal and commercial proposal management experience
• Strong working knowledge of FAR-based solicitations and source selection processes
• U.S. Citizen
• Proven leadership and deadline management skills
