Job Summary

Leading high-impact federal proposals from capture through submission, the full-time Senior Proposal Manager will manage end-to-end proposal efforts, ensuring compliance and quality while working in a hybrid schedule with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal management across multiple, concurrent efforts
• Translate win strategies into clear, compliant, and high-quality proposals
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams and ensure on-time submissions in high-pressure environments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of federal proposal management experience with an IT/technical focus
• Strong command of Shipley proposal methodologies
• Experience with IDIQs, GWACs, and large pursuits
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word
• Exceptional organization and leadership skills
