Senior Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of complex and strategic proposals, the full-time Senior Proposal Manager will manage all aspects of proposal efforts, ensuring alignment with customer priorities and business objectives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Leads planning, coordination, and execution of high-priority proposal efforts from strategy to final submission
• Oversees proposal writing team, reviews content, and ensures quality and compliance with guidelines
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to craft compelling proposals and manages pricing activities

Required qualifications:

• Typically 12+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8+ years with a Master's degree
• Minimum of 5+ years of managerial or leadership experience in complex proposal efforts
• Deep knowledge of federal acquisition processes, including FAR and RFP requirements
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint
• US Citizenship is required
