Job Summary

Leading high-impact federal proposals from capture through submission, the full-time Senior Proposal Manager will manage end-to-end proposal processes, ensuring compliance and developing persuasive content in a hybrid work environment based in Fairfax, VA.

Key responsibilities

• Lead proposal management for multiple federal solicitations, ensuring compliance and adherence to requirements
• Drive proposal writing and content development, including drafting and refining technical and management volumes
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams and manage proposal schedules, outlines, and task assignments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of federal proposal management experience with an IT/technical focus
• Four-year degree from an accredited university or college
• Demonstrated experience producing fully compliant federal proposals (RFP, RFI, RFQ)
• Strong command of Shipley proposal methodologies or equivalent
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly expert-level MS Word
