Senior Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of strategic proposals, the full-time Senior Proposal Manager will manage the entire proposal lifecycle for complex RFPs and RFIs in a remote environment, ensuring compliance and compelling messaging to drive enterprise growth.

Key responsibilities

• Leading the end-to-end proposal management process for complex RFPs and strategic sales opportunities
• Developing proposal strategies that effectively communicate value propositions and competitive differentiation
• Managing multiple concurrent proposal efforts while ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience managing complex commercial proposal development
• Proven history of leading successful proposal efforts with measurable win rates
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Word and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
• APMP certification or active involvement with APMP is preferred
