Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Proposal Manager will manage proposal efforts, develop compliance checklists, and build proposal management processes to enhance the quality of responses for digital transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Build a proposal management practice to improve proposal quality and support growth goals
• Lead proposal efforts by coordinating with Client Solutions Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and reviewers
• Author proposal content that highlights Nava's past performance and capabilities

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing large solicitation responses for federal, state, or local clients
• Proven ability to develop and iterate effective Proposal Management processes
• Experience in creating proposals for modern digital services or custom development solutions
• Ability to curate and build high-value, broadly applicable 'evergreen' content
• Experience in translating complex concepts into compelling graphical content
