Senior Proposal Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of complex and strategic proposals, the full-time Senior Proposal Manager will manage proposal efforts from strategy to submission, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Leads the planning, coordination, and execution of high-priority proposal efforts, ensuring timely and compliant submissions
• Oversees proposal writing teams, reviews content, and manages integration of contributions from various stakeholders
• Acts as the primary interface during customer meetings and provides strategic guidance to enhance proposal quality and success

Required qualifications

• Typically 12+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 8+ years with a Master's degree
• Minimum of 5+ years of managerial or leadership experience in complex proposal efforts
• Thorough knowledge of the federal acquisition process, FAR, and RFP guidelines
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint
• US Citizenship is required
