Leading high-profile proposal pursuits, the remote Senior Proposal Manager will provide enterprise-level leadership, advise executive teams on strategy and execution, and oversee proposal governance and best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee complex proposal pursuits from strategy to submission, ensuring quality and compliance
- Serve as a strategic advisor on pursuit selection and capture strategies to senior leadership
- Develop and implement proposal governance standards and lead process improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher-level degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or a related field preferred
- 5 years of experience in proposal development and management
- Expert-level knowledge of proposal development and compliance
- Strong strategic and analytical decision-making capabilities
