Senior Proposal Manager
Job Summary
Leading the proposal development process, the full-time Senior Proposal Manager will ensure the timely submission of high-quality, compliant proposals while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end proposal development process, coordinating with subject matter experts and contributors
- Develop and maintain proposal schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are effectively allocated
- Write, edit, and review proposal content for clarity and compliance, conducting thorough quality assurance reviews
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of direct proposal management experience with complex Government bids of $100M+, including 3 years in management
- Proven track record of delivering compliant and compelling proposals aligned with RFP requirements
- Experience with the Shipley proposal process or similar methodologies; APMP certification preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop winning proposals through effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in maintaining a repository of proposal content and templates for streamlined development
