Senior Proposal Manager
Job Summary
Leading high-priority proposal efforts, the full-time Senior Proposal Manager will drive technical and business strategy from opportunity identification through contract award while collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Business Development, and Executive Leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop compliant and compelling technical proposals
- Develop best practices and materials to enhance proposal delivery
- Conduct competitive analysis and risk identification to support capture activities
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading technical captures or strategic proposals
- Demonstrated success in leading complex captures from opportunity shaping to contract award
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Government acquisition processes (FAR/DFARS, RFPs, BAAs)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Active security clearance (TS) is required
