Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager to support business development and lead the proposal process for major opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with SMEs to develop compliant, compelling proposals in response to Federal Government solicitations
• Manage the completion of technical, management, resume, and/or past performance volumes
• Conduct research and ensure that all RFP instructions are carefully met in all documents and are of high quality and compliant with proposal criteria and guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with GWAC, IDIQ, and points based self-scoring procurements
• Prior experience working with SMEs to develop compelling proposal content on a range of IT services/solutions
• Ability to clearly articulate technology concepts to technical as well as non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills; attention to detail, and follow-through
• Proficient with MS Office products such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Teams, SharePoint and others
