Senior Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the development and delivery of compliant and compelling RFP/RFI responses
• Manage the proposal development process, including planning, organizing, and scheduling
• Coordinate and deliver proposals, effectively laying out the proposed solution and identifying its competitive advantages

Required Qualifications:

• Exceptional facilitation and organization skills to lead cross-functional proposal teams
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and document repositories like SharePoint and Privia
• Strong leadership, team development, and project management skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong results focus
• Experience managing proposal activities in state and/or federal government environment
