Senior Proposal Marketing Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Marketing Associate to lead proposal efforts and support business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of proposals, SOQs, and presentations for strategic client pursuits
• Drive proposal capture planning, including research, positioning, and pursuit schedules
• Facilitate go/no-go discussions and oversee proposal QA/QC reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Business, or related field
• 5-7+ years of professional AEC marketing experience with a strong focus on proposals
• Proven experience leading SOQs and complex RFP responses
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign required)
• AEC industry experience required
