Senior Proposal Marketing Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Marketing Associate, Remote (Power & Energy).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of strategic proposals, SOQs, and presentations for Power & Energy pursuits
• Drive capture planning efforts for complex pursuits, including competitive analysis and positioning
• Facilitate go/no-go discussions and executive-level proposal reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of AEC marketing experience with a focus on Power & Energy, utilities, or renewable energy
• Proven experience leading complex SOQs, RFQs, and RFP responses for electric utility clients
• Strong understanding of capture strategy and competitive positioning
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign
