Senior Proposal Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

Leading proposal and visibility efforts for the Northeast Region, the full-time Senior Proposal Marketing Specialist will manage complex, multi-disciplinary proposals from RFP release through delivery while collaborating with technical staff in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Writing, editing, and organizing various marketing collateral, including proposal content and presentations
• Independently managing complex proposal efforts, ensuring compliance with client requirements and tracking progress against milestones
• Facilitating proposal strategy meetings and coordinating activities among technical, marketing, and production staff across multiple offices

Required qualifications

• BA in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a comparable field
• 4-6 years of professional marketing experience in the A/E/C industry
• Experience preparing and managing proposals in the architecture/engineering/construction industry
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with Adobe platform and/or Microsoft Teams is a plus
