Senior Proposal Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

Leading proposal and visibility efforts for the Northeast Region, the full-time Senior Proposal Marketing Specialist will manage complex proposals from RFP release through delivery, ensuring compliance and collaboration across teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Writing, editing, and organizing various marketing collateral, including proposals and presentations
• Independently managing complex proposal efforts, including strategy development and content creation
• Facilitating proposal kick-off meetings and preparing detailed management plans and schedules

Required qualifications

• BA in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a comparable field
• 4-6 years of professional marketing experience in the A/E/C industry
• Experience preparing and managing proposals in the A/E/C industry, including complex pursuits
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with Adobe platform and/or Microsoft Teams is a plus
