Senior Proposal Pricing Analyst

Job Summary

Leading pre-award proposal pricing efforts, the full-time Senior Proposal Pricing Analyst will develop pricing strategies, manage complex pricing models, and collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance and successful submissions in a remote/hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre-award proposal pricing efforts, including RFP analysis and submission execution
• Develop Cost/Price Volumes and pricing narratives in compliance with solicitation requirements
• Collaborate with capture teams and business units to create competitive pricing strategies

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of pricing experience, with at least 5 years in GovCon pre-award proposal pricing
• Familiarity with Price-to-Win (PTW) methodologies and experience developing Bills of Estimate (BOEs)
• Proven experience in developing Cost/Price Volumes for federal proposals
• Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS regulations and compliance requirements
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
