Senior Proposal Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Solutions Architect to support proposal development and bid strategies for Federal health agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish solution vision and translate customer objectives into proposals for VA and HHS
• Own end-to-end solutioning, balancing cost, schedule, function, and quality for major capture efforts
• Independently draft technical proposal sections and create CONOPs aligned with solicitation requirements

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading solution architecture for Federal captures and proposals
• Bachelor's Degree in public health, behavioral health, or a related discipline
• Minimum of five years of experience authoring technical sections in proposals
• Minimum of eight years of professional experience in health-related projects and Federal Government contracting
• Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile)
