Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development for federal and state acquisitions
• Experience in the complete proposal lifecycle, including pipeline development and proposal management
• Understanding of federal procurement practices and evaluation criteria
• Familiarity with Business Development tools and federal labor categories
