Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently lead cross-functional teams on project basis for budget, proposals, and SOW creation
Manage complex RFP and sponsor requests ensuring accurate representation of service offerings
Mentor other team members, review documentation, and coach on best practices

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years' experience in business development and/or proposals
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Contract Research Organization (CRO) environment and/or pharmaceutical industry
Experience with RFP budgeting for full service studies
Prior team lead and/or proposal review experience
