Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Specialist to lead the development of strategic proposals in response to complex RFPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of proposals for high-profile clients and manage multiple concurrent RFPs
• Serve as a proposal strategist, consulting with corporate and division partners to create compelling proposal content
• Analyze RFP requirements and recommend effective communication approaches to enhance proposal quality and positioning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years of functional experience in proposal development or related fields
• Project management experience with the ability to lead projects under strict deadlines
• Proficient in word processing and desktop publishing applications
• Ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organization
