Senior Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Specialist (French Speaking) to manage the proposal process from RFP receipt to submission.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality proposals in response to RFXs, ensuring compliance and alignment with client needs
• Lead proposal development for major pursuits, providing quality assurance and mentoring team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and support proposal strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or 5+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in proposal writing or similar roles
• Proven ability to manage multiple proposals with strong project management focus
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of document design and marketing principles
