Senior Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality proposals in response to RFPs and solicitations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align contributions with client needs and company capabilities
• Lead proposal development for major projects and ensure quality assurance and compliance reviews

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, communication, marketing, or business, or over 5 years of relevant experience
• More than 5 years of experience in proposal writing or similar roles
• Experience managing multiple proposals with a focus on project management and quality assurance
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of document design and marketing principles
