Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Specialist (Dutch Speaking).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the proposal process from RFP receipt to submission, ensuring compliance and quality
• Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and develop high-quality proposals
• Lead proposal development for major pursuits, mentor team members, and conduct quality assurance reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or 5+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years' experience in proposal writing or similar roles
• Proven ability to manage multiple proposals with strong project management focus
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts (SMEs)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and InDesign
