Senior Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Specialist to manage the proposal process from request to submission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality proposals in response to RFXs and tenders
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align customer needs with company capabilities
• Lead the development of proposals for large projects and ensure compliance with standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Marketing, or Business, or 5+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in proposal writing or similar roles
• Proven ability to manage multiple proposals with a strong focus on project management
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and InDesign
